Position Details
We are looking for a professional, positive, fun and friendly individual to join our admissions team! As an Admissions Attendant you will: warmly greet museum guests and visitors; respond to guest and visitor inquiries; answer phone calls to the general line and direct as appropriate; and provide outstanding and accurate customer service when processing admissions, Shop sales, memberships, bookings and registrations. You will value safety and will ensure everyone who enters the museum is accounted for, and that the Admissions Desk is supervised at all times. As a team player, you will work collaboratively with other museum staff to create exceptional experiences.

Education & Experience

  • Completion of High School
  • Post-secondary education in tourism or business administration is an asset
  • At least 2 years of experience with cash registers or POS systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working with children and families

  • Fluency in French a strong asset

Days of Work

  • Part-time position
  • Evening and weekend availability required
