  • Under direction of the Manager, Site Services, ensures smooth operations for the Montreal facility, coordination of service requests, coordination of service calls with maintenance and repair contractors and oversight of contractors supporting site, e.g. cafeteria, cleaners etc. Assists with facility fit-up coordination, relocations, space assignments and floor plan updates
  • Responsibility for coordination of maintenance and repairs with building trades, coordination with building owner on facility-related issues/emergencies, oversight of preventative maintenance
  • Supports site with Environment/Health and Safety oversight, ergonomics program, JHSC assistance and chemical management as required
  • Supports the site ACSO with implementation of Company Security and Controlled Goods policies in accordance with government policies and requirements
  • Shipping, receiving, and material handling requiring attention to detail. Administer movement of incoming and outgoing materials throughout the building. Be trained to receive material in the ERP system, (SAP), preparing and packing items for shipment which includes creating packing lists and shipping labels.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

  • Experience troubleshooting/leading resolution of facility issues within a commercial office/manufacturing facility environment
  • Manage ergonomic requests
  • Manage health and safety issues, chemical management, policy document updates and support Joint Health and Safety committee
  • Shipping and receiving support, along with documentation requirements
  • Comfortable in a team environment, emphasis on collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 7 years experience.
