Créer et mettre à jour les données dans le système ERP et publier les bons de commande s’il y a lieu. Effectuer le suivi des documents manquants.

Sommaire des tâches (peut ou non inclure les tâches suivantes) :
• Créer et mettre à jour les données dans M3 (principalement des données d’ingénierie et d’ECN),
• Créer et mettre à jour de nouveaux numéros de pièces
• Structurer et mettre à jour la nomenclature (BOM)
• Créer et mettre à jour des instructions de travail
• Publier les bons de commande de production (s’il y a lieu)
• Communiquer les nouveaux numéros de pièces créés et la réalisation de nomenclature avec la planification

. Creating and maintaining data in the ERP system and releasing work order is applicable. Follow through on missing documents.

Summary of Duties (may or may not include the following):
• Creating and maintaining data in M3 (mainly from new released engineering and ECN’s),
• Creating & maintaining new part numbers
• Structuring & maintaining BOM
• Creating & maintaining Work instructions
• Releasing production work orders (if applicable)
• Communicating new created part numbers and the completion of BOM with planning
