We currently have an opening for one (1) Term Sales Representative, within our Centralized Lead Management (CLM) Department , at our Wyndham Worldwide Operation Centre in Saint John, New Brunswick.

In this role, you are providing Count On Me! Service to support our Global properties, Global Sales Account Directors, external websites, customers or third party agencies throughout the lead process. The processing, building and maintenance of our revenue lead requests require your high attention to detail and accuracy. Revenue gains to the organization will result from you utilizing effective verbal and written communication skills with our properties regarding the client’s needs while converting a business opportunity to a confirmed booking.

Qualifications:
Your background will include:
Minimum Grade 12 /GED Diploma

A minimum of 1-3 years of solid Sales and/or Customer Service experience

An asset in your background includes:
Previous experience in the Contact Centre and/or Hospitality industry

You have the proven ability to:
Communicate effectively both verbally and written

Provide Count On Me! Service with excellent interpersonal skills

Make sound decisions using good judgment and problem solving skills

Be proactive with strong time management skills

Act with integrity and be accountable

Manage multiple computerized applications
