We currently have an opening for a Supervisor, within our Hotel Technology Client Support Department, at our Wyndham Operation Centre located in Saint John, New Brunswick. Our Hotel Technology Customer Service Team (HTCS) provides 24/7 real-time IT support to all WHG hotel brands, making over 400,000 contacts a year. This Team primarily provides support for our property management systems as well as ensuring communication is active with the central reservation system.

As Supervisor, your leadership skills include your ability to motivate your team members to meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements through active mentoring, coaching and development. You ensure quality and consistent Count On Me! Service to our franchisees. As a member of our leadership team, you are responsible to uphold the Business Principles at all times in support of a positive work environment. Depending on the shift or rotation, you are the single point of contact for immediate onsite emergencies and operation; this includes overnight, weekends and holidays.
