WSP is currently seeking a co-op student to join our Buildings business, located at our Markham office for 4 months. Reporting to the National Vice President, Business Development, this position will be responsible for various ad hoc assignments that support the business development initiatives.
Perform analysis on Period results
Assist with Key Client Management activities
Assist regional teams with process improvement initiatives
Support the proposal process and coordination of submission materials
Support internal correspondence and other memoranda as required
Other duties as assigned
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Engineering or Business Administration program preferably with a minimum of third-year completed
Ability to follow direction and perform moderately complex tasks consistently without continual supervision
Strong reading comprehension skills, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel;
Sharepoint experience is also an asset
Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail including ability to proofread and edit materials
Analytical, detailed oriented, with strong follow through
