Responsibilities:
·

Gather, log (manually or electronically), copy and distribute various engineering documents
·
Maintain established files of technical engineering documentation
·
Control and issuance of interdisciplinary checks
·
Perform general document control duties as assigned
·
Control of technical engineering documentation hard copy and electronic files in accordance with project file structure
·
Process engineering documentation including but not limited to: in-house documents and drawings for both engineering and sub-contractor documentation
·
Process Client comments and Client reference documentation
·
Process reference documents
·
Respond to document control inquires
·
Reading and knowing project procedure and specifications including Client requirements and WorleyParsons procedures
·
Assist the team as needed
·
Typically will interface only with department/project personnel and supervisor
What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience
·

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in document control
·
Familiar with RIM concepts.
·
Familiar with applicable software applications including Microsoft Office Suite; Smart Plant Foundation and Sharepoint would be considered an asset
·
Basic analytical and problem solving skills related to the field
·
Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
·
Organizational and time management skills
·
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
·
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
·
Motivated, self-starter who is committed to customer service
·
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
·
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information is critical
·
Performs simple to routine assignments utilizing basic techniques in accordance with established standards and procedures
·
