The Solutions Engineering team drives the need of improvement and growth within our technology environment. They work across 2 business units; eCommerce and Global Technology and Engineering delivering change and innovation. The Solutions team interacts with clients to drive innovation into our customers as well as bringing their ideas into our platform strategies.

What do we want from you?

You will be responsible for establishing and building good relationships with Product Owners (Delivery Business Analysts) and ensuring that Systems Requirements/NFRs (including acceptance criteria) have been captured, documented and signed off by working closely with Product Owners to understand changes to business processes and/or new processes and there systems impacts.

You will assist Technical Project Managers with the inception of new projects including coordination of the different technology work streams involved in the delivery of a project (and associated deliverables e.g. designs, NFRs)

You’ll act as a conduit between the Business and Technology to assist Product Owners in their understanding on how the technology solutions meet the business requirements.

What do you need to have?

It is essential that you have a strong focus on the delivery of a high quality Customer Experience and a proven ability to communicate and work with a wide range of functions, teams and stakeholders. You will also have previous experience with the end to end delivery of projects from inception to delivery and support.

It is important that you possess the ability to understand the translation of business requirements to system requirements and experience identifying, defining and getting sign off for NFRs. You will also need a strong understanding of Agile processes and will have worked in an Agile environment.
