One of our clients is hiring for Logistics Procurement Specialist, CDI – Day
- Ensure optimal supply of products in relation to needs by using the supply software (ERP)
- Enter data for all orders
- Ensure product replenishment; taking into account the rotating reception and storage capacities of the warehouse
- Establish reception and sampling priorities for raw an d packaging materials to ensure they are available for manufacturing and/or packaging
- Make the necessary adjustments to the supply plan based on changes to the production plan
- Follow up with the «Phase-in Phase-Out» of packaging materials for product development projects in order to minimize losses
- Managing the performance of our suppliers
- Generate and analyze various performance indicators in the procurement process
- Follow and achieve the objectives of rates: service, inventory levels, rotation and performance required suppliers
- Identify different areas for improvement in order to achieve the objectives
- Influence/recommend: assume the role of procurement expert
- Communicate in regards to delays, risks, decisions, etc.
- Manage supplier performance with regard to their level of service delivery and compliance
- Coordination of projects Supply Chain
- Coordinate and implement activities related to different projects Supply Chain
- Take/develop action plans to achieve the objectives
- Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders
- Support monitoring of actions and action plans
- Mobilize and involve other sectors in achieving the objectives
- Ensure the closure of completed files
Requirements
- University degree in operations management / logistics or college degree with relevant experience
- 5-10 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of MRP, advanced MS Excel
- Understanding of the procurement process
- Ability to analyze and project management
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to communicate effectively and bilingualism (both oral and written)
- Demonstrate organization, autonomy and dynamism
- Available and able to work in a changing environment
- Results and customer satisfaction oriented
