Lawyers Wanted

Winright Law is looking for lawyers at least 3 years called to the bar, who want the independence of running their own practice, who want to work from home whenever they want to, but still have marketing, administrative tasks, and a certain standard level of customer service taken care of for them.

As an independent contractor/associate counsel of Winright Law, you will have the freedom to work on your own practice however, whenever and wherever you please. This includes working from our brand new facility that comes with standing desks, free drinks in our full-size fridge, bimonthly social and teambuilding sessions, breakout team rooms, a patio in the office, a rooftop gym and patio, and last but not least, some of the best restaurants in the city within two blocks distance. Combined with our innovative business practices, our vibrant, fast-paced work environment and our innovative firm culture, we are confident that Winright Law can offer you not only a great choice to be your place of business, but also the support that you need to concentrate on furthering your legal career.

We require any candidates to:

• Be tech-savvy enough to work from the cloud;
• Be flexible enough to not have set desk seating arrangement, while working at the office, as seating is on a first-come first-basis;
• Want to work in a vibrant fast-paced environment with great team culture; and
• Have a resume, with a cover letter or writing sample.

Other assets that we would consider, but are not required for an interview, would be:

• An up-to-date social media profiles (as we try to be very active on social media and will request you to contribute to social media articles and content), particularly a Linkedin profile, as we will be reviewing your Linkedin profile.

We are a small, but growing team, of lawyers and legal assistants and expect to grow double in size by next year.
