The ESP Administrator is responsible for coordinating the effective, efficient operation and utilization of the staff scheduling system and related processes. Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the ESP Administrator is also responsible for the coordination, provision and supervision of the daily Staffing Office operations including: participating in interviewing, training, orientation, scheduling, monitoring of work performance, and input into staff performance appraisals.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 required.
  • Certificate/diploma in a related discipline (i.e. Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Human Resources, etc.) required.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of ESP scheduling system required.
  • Working knowledge of rotations and scheduling procedures required.
  • Knowledge of relevant sections of collective agreements required.
  • Experience working with SAP preferred.
