Manitoba eHealth is a provincial program administered by the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) and funded by Manitoba Health that delivers information and communications technology (ICT) to the healthcare sector across the province, bridging new and improving clinical and business processes. Under the direction of the Manitoba eHealth Program Oversight Committee and the Manitoba eHealth Program Council, it provides province-wide solutions to integrate health systems across regions and care sectors, improves and expands health services by managing ICT to achieve economies of scale, and improves ICT service efficacy.

The ICT Client Service division of Manitoba eHealth delivers strategic, province-wide services that support our healthcare sector customers throughout Manitoba to ensure consistent access to patient information services and ensure best use of technologies to deliver secure, reliable and quality information, systems and services.

We are currently seeking an Account Management Analyst who will report to a Supervisor. As an Account Management Analyst you will provide high-quality customer service in ensuring various types of network and application accounts are provided and disabled quickly and securely. This includes providing access to supported services, coordinating and completing various types of access and access removal requests and providing technical support for clients experiencing issues with network or application access.


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering responsive customer service when providing and disabling various network and application accounts, and software related technical support in large business, enterprise computing environments with wide-area and local-area networks, using formalized call tracking/work order management software tools (such as Remedy).
  • A diploma from a recognized and accredited educational institution in a relevant computer and information systems technology program, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Demonstrates personal leadership including self-awareness, self-management including planning, organization, time and priority management, self-development, adaptability, and demonstrates honesty, integrity, resilience and confidence.

  • Applies effective analysis and critical thinking, supports innovation and change, and demonstrates a strategic, future-focused orientation.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, work safely in an environment where extensive use of a telephone and personal computer are required, and successfully handle escalated situations, frustrated customers and conflict.
  • Working knowledge of Manitoba’s Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) and practical experience applying PHIA, and certification in ITIL V3 Foundations are preferred.
