Essential Duties and Responsibilities: – Reviews and processes invoice billing requests for the various divisions within Willis Canada – Ensures compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and Internal Control procedures related to revenue recognition and the billing cycle. – Provide training to client service staff and new employees on invoicing process. – Maintains filing of documents-paper and electronic – Prepares monthly client statements for mailing – Prepares a variety of financial reports for internal use – Performs various routine and non-routine accounting functions – Other miscellaneous administrative and clerical functions as required Experience: – Prior experience working with TAM (Agency Manager) – At least 2 years accounting work experience – Strong analytical and mathematical skills required – Proficient ability to work with Word and Excel – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Must be able to maintain confidentiality of material at all times – Ability to work well with others and provide assistance cooperatively and courteously – Ability to work in a team which is spread out across the country. – Bilingual (English and French) The job can be located in Montreal or Toronto
