This exciting role is for Recoil Creative Films and Television Productions Inc., a division of WildTV Our mission is to provide the most entertaining series driven programming that informs and engages. We are seeking a highly connected and successful sales candidate who thrives on energy, ambition, and success. The ideal candidate has the drive and motivation to seek out solid leads through their own market research and prospecting. You will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals by developing professional long-term relationships and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This challenging opportunity will require you to go above and beyond on a daily basis and make those necessary calls and face-to-face meetings with each and every prospect.

As a Production Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales of specific new series productions.

• Reaching potential clients – why a series can help grow their business
• Cold-calling prospects and convincing potential clients of the merits of television production
• Proactively prospect leads and develop new business
• Analyze prospect’s needs and present the proposal to the client
• Cultivate and maintain an excellent rapport with clients to maintain longstanding relationships
• Manage all areas of customer accounts
• Ensure you provide the best customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Is responsible for setting his or her own meetings, presenting and closing deals

Job Requirements:

• A proven history of successful production sales experience
• Relationships with various companies with a focus on development and production
• Solution selling, develop a concept to market, monitor for success
• Knowledge of the Television Industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a very high attention to detail
• Must be able to manage his or her own tasks and deadlines and have excellent organizational skills
• He or she must be comfortable working with customers from different industries in person or via phone/email
• An excellent phone rapport and manner are required
• Must have a high technical aptitude and working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office products
• Post-secondary education in Sales/business or equivalent business experience
