The Sanitation EAM Project Assistant will be responsible for transitioning existing documentation into the Company’s new EAM system. This also includes revising and improving upon existing procedures and processes in the Sanitation Department, as well as ensuring that the frequencies and equipment references are accurate and appropriate. This will reduce streamline the management of Sanitation tasks and allow effective allocation of time.

It’s a great opportunity for learning new skills such as understanding how equipment is disassembled, cleaned and readied for production in a manufacturing facility. The student will have the opportunity to improve upon their skills such as communication and computer skills.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Review all existing documentation
  • Make revisions and updates to procedures as necessary
  • Observe/learn about Sanitation activities and speak to key employees to learn more
  • Collaborate with the Sanitation team and Supervisor
  • Input updated procedures into template to ready for transition to EAM
  • Core qualifications for the role (degree program / past work experience)
  • Strong work ethic, motivated and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail, able to multitask and work within a deadline
