We are currently seeking a Process Improvement Manager to support our Home Health division in New Brunswick.

The Process Improvement Manager will ensure effectiveness and efficiency in process and systems that align with service delivery standards and expectations as set by CBI Home Health/We Care. This role will lead change management initiatives, projects, and consistency in administrative processes to successful outcomes regionally. Leading by example, the Manager of Process Improvement will work closely with administrative teams (at times with direct reports) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery is optimized.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will:

  • Establish Best Practice guidelines and process for Care Coordination and all other non-clinical functions within the region;
  • Act as the project lead for process improvement, change management and local projects;
  • Develop project action plans and execute on timelines and deliverables;
  • Assess and reassess project deliverables to ensure project plans align with project goals;
  • Maintain a comprehensive strategy and plan regarding change management;
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, improving service delivery, process and/or systems;
  • Ensure all processes and procedures associated with accreditation are followed and consistently documented;
  • Work closely with Quality Specialist to ensure data accuracy and appropriate system management;
  • Work closely with clinical leaders to ensure alignment between clinical Best Practice and process Best Practice;
  • Identify risk appropriately, engaging appropriate team members to mitigate, manage or resolve the risk;
  • Ensure execution of current policies and procedures;
  • Ensure that processes and systems align with current policy and procedure.

Qualifications:

To take on the role of Process Improvement Manager, you must:

  • Have a Post-Secondary education in a related field (Business Administration, Project Management);
  • Have at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience;
  • Be able to work independently and also as an effective member of a team;
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills;
  • Experience in Home Health is strongly considered an asset.
