The Waterfront Hotel Downtown Burlington is currently recruiting for a Full Maintenance
Duties

• Perform general repair and maintenance of any and all equipment found in and around the hotel.
• Accurate record keeping on assigned tasks is required.
• Ensure that all safety systems are operable.
• Respond to guest room calls as required.
• Perform all duties required as Fire Alarm Response Team.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years hands on experience working on minor electrical, painting, drywall, plumbing and A/C repairs.
• High school or equivalent work education required.
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Locks, Painting or Hotel Maintenance an asset.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail required.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
