This is a temporary part time position with flexible hours. We are looking for a friendly, assertive, and detail oriented new team member. This position is based in our Richmond, B.C. Canadian Head Office.

Some of the duties are, but not limited to:

  • Processing orders, credit notes, and invoices
  • Filing documents
  • Miscellaneous office tasks, as required
  • Assisting Accounting Department
  • Assist with light reception duties and stationery orders

The candidate must have:

Very good command of English, written and spoken; excellent phone manner

Good computer skills; advanced Excel a plus

Attention to details, ability to prioritize, ability to work independently
