Supervises, coordinates and plans all activities related to services offered to students enrolled in the Faculty, from recruitment to graduation. Plans and carries out meetings with students to increase student success rates and retention in order to ensure student satisfaction.
Thorough knowledge of high school, college and university programs (undergraduate and graduate) in terms of their structure, curricula and regulations
Knowledge of management principles normally acquired through university studies or equivalent experience
In-depth knowledge of Faculty and University regulations
Experience in project management and prioritization
Experience in analysing academic records and in interpreting, communicating and applying university regulations and procedures
Experience in solving problems
Experience in conducting research, and in analysing data and statistical reports
Experience in managing human resources, teams and conflicts
Experience in serving clients in an academic support setting
Ability to work under pressure and to organize team work to meet strict deadlines (strong organizational skills)
Highly skilled in using the Universitys computer systems and the software needed to perform the duties of the position
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
Bilingualism – French and English (spoken and written); to be considered for this position, candidates must be rated at the Low Advanced proficiency level for both oral comprehension and reading comprehension in their second official language. The rating is determined by a proficiency test designed by the Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute.

Temporary assignment or contract of 12 months, with possibility of renewal. Eligibility to benefits and union affiliation will be determined upon hiring. All applications will be considered equally.
