University Health Network (UHN) is looking for an experienced professional to fill the key role of Human Resources Advisor with our Employee Relations Team supporting our Research Division.

As an experienced generalist and innovative and collaborative Human Resources professional, you will provide expert advice and strategic services to leaders and staff on all areas of HR to support your client’s people needs. You will help design and implement Human Resources strategies and programs involving employee relations, performance/change management, labour relations, organizational effectiveness and resource planning for a diverse client portfolio in a complex and stimulating environment.
Your demonstrated ability to deliver results on time, determine the root cause of issues and generate creative solutions in line with organizational needs will be critical to your success. A proven agent of change, you have 2-3 years Human Resource experience and a solid knowledge of Human Resource practices and experience in a unionized environment. You have an undergraduate degree and continued education in human/industrial relations and/or business.
