JOD DESCRIPTION

This is a clerical position which requires filing documents, archiving files, helping employees locate files, and other duties relevant to the maintenance of the filing system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sort, file and photocopy documents
• Archive files
• Ensure correct filing, and removal of outdated files according to company guidelines
• Maintain records of borrowed documents
• Locating documents, ensuring that they provide the correct information and create copies to give to authorized recipients upon request

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Should be comfortable working alone as well as under the assistance of a supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent organization skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times

WHAT WE OFFER:

• This is a 3 month contract
• Part time, around 6 hours a day 3-4 days per week.
