The successful person will be an energetic, customer focused, self-starter who has experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry

Role and responsibilities

Delivering a high level of customer service.

Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for repairs.

Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.

Executing the store’s business plan as per company guidelines.

Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude.

Work effectively as part of the team.

Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Automotive Parts experience in the automotive aftermarket (Jobber) parts industry(min 1 year)

Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results

Experience with automotive repairs is an asset

Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs

An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge

Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills

Experience working under pressure and setting priorities

Computer experience

Bondable

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
