The Moncton Distribution Centre is seeking a Territory Manager in the New Brunswick territory. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will be accountable for supporting and guiding our Associate Store Owners in all aspects of their business: KPI analysis, gross profits and price profiles, market trends and potential, competitors pricing, product line changes, best business procedures recommendations, consignments follow-up, etc.
You will actively contribute to the Associate sales growth by planning special sales events (Grand openings, customer appreciation events, T&E show, filter events etc.). You will present and support different sales programs and promotions (newsletters tracking, bookings etc.). You will implement and follow Priority Plus and delivery management programs, when launched.
It will be your responsibility to successfully build and maintain solid relationships at store level (field questions/concerns from store owners/staff, resolving DC issues, inventory billing), at the customer level (key store customers) as well as at the DC level. You will ensure all issues and requests are addressed.
You will promote our programs to ensure we have maximum adherence: AOR follow-up and support, plan sales efforts with DSF and collaborate with Banners Coordinators in order to increase our market penetration; and you will foster new product sales development: assist in the coordination of training and work with stores on sales plans.
You have five (5) to seven (7) years of sales experience, with three (3) years of relevant experience in Automotive Parts Industry, working knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of accounting and business. Ideally, you have sound knowledge of the market; the competition; industry environment; and excellent knowledge of automotive parts. You must be fully bilingual.
