Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: La Prairie, Quebec

Duration: 8 Months+

MUST BE A BILINGUAL CANDIDATE – FRENCH

The Project Administrator has the responsibility to support the project team to achieve quality results in a cost-effective timely manner.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

– Collaborates closely with PMs cross-functional teams and all partners internal and external to GE
– Supports the implementation and management of assigned projects – Assists the project teams in project related activities – Coordinates and participates in project related meetings and drafts meeting minutes and agendas
– Reviews and tracks documentation regulatory documents and internal documents
– Uploads and maintains documents in tracking databases in a timely manner
– Maintains tracking tools metrics and calendars
– Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree (or internationally recognized equivalent.)
2. Minimum of 5 years of project related support experience.
3. Proficient in E-mail Word Excel PowerPoint and ERP (such as SAP).

Ses responsabilités clés/fonctions essentielles comprennent :

– Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projets les équipes interfonctionnelles et tous les partenaires internes et externes de GE
– Appuyer la mise en oeuvre et la gestion de projets attribués – Aider les équipes de projets à effectuer des tâches connexes – Organiser et participer aux réunions relatives aux projets et rédiger les procès verbaux et les ordres du jour
– Passer en revue et faire le suivi des documents réglementaires et internes
– Télécharger et entretenir des documents dans des bases de données en temps opportun
– Entretenir les outils de suivi paramètres et calendriers
– Effectuer des préparatifs de voyage lorsque nécessaire

Compétences requises :

1. Diplôme Baccalauréat (ou l’équivalent reconnu à l’international).
2. Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en matière de soutien de projets.
3. Excellentes connaissances des programmes de courrier électronique ainsi que de Word Excel PowerPoint et ERP (type SAP).
