Implement various test methods and standards to ensure performance and quality. Act with safety, efficiency, quality and productivity to assure that products and systems meet stated requirements. Responsibilities: – Conducts quality checks and inspections as assigned to ensure the products and systems that are created by the local organization meet specifications. – Collects, records, and evaluates quantitative metrics that provide descriptive data for the determination of compliance to requirements.

  • Works with department staff to improve quality, resulting in greater efficiency, accuracy, and/or reliability of test outcomes. – Develops and supports suppliers to achieve ongoing conformance with employer’s requirements and continual improvement in quality. – The role requires close cooperation with responsible buyers, OPEX, Sustainability & Compliance, Project Management and R&D/Engineering, among others. – Reports in an accurate and timely manner on Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the analysis and management of local processes.
  • Utilizes measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes. – Utilizes safety systems to perform work, resulting in an accident-free workplace. Notifies others when unsafe situations are observed and works with local safety teams to improve the safety systems. Qualifications: – Prefer a Post-Secondary degree from a College or University or equivalent work experience in a contact center quality role – requires knowledge of Quality Management principles and topics.
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Control – Knowledge of SAP and Advanced Excel level (essential) – Strong computer skills and advanced Reporting Skills in Word. Profile : – Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a new direction. – Ability to work closely and communicate with a multicultural workforce. – Detailed Oriented – Advanced problem solving skills Working conditions: – Working hours are flexible – 40 hours per week – Contractual position (8 month firm).
