Develop network opportunities for TRC Hydraulics Inc, including communication and marketing strategy implementation, sales lead management, organizing/planning international business trips as required and implementing communication strategies aimed directly at potential TRC clients. Terms of work: Full time permanent position.

Location: Working principally out of Dieppe, NB office, travel would be required, valid passport required.

Pay: $40,000 per annum, plus standard company benefits after clearing 90 day probation period—medical, extended health, short term disability, and travel and group term life insurance benefits The duties of the position will involve the following: :

• Direct and evaluate the company’s marketing strategies, particularly in international/US markets
• Establish networks for the company’s services, particularly in new international/US markets
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings related to demographic & economic factors.
• Visit global markets of strong potential partners
• Coordinate potential partner visit.
• Present international market/partner opportunities to the leadership team
• Identify and rank key markets, and develop contact list of optimal target markets.
• Lead the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies, including materials to share prospective clients.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, business administration or international sales
• The ability to be a self-starter in marketing, sales development, client management or related field are required
• Individual who is proactive, energetic, and organized.
• Well-rounded skill set (soft skills, strategic sales, networking.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Meticulous organization skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English a must, French an asset)
• Discipline to manage your own priorities
• Willingness and ability to give and receive direct feedback
• Ability to question the status quo and provide new outlooks/solutions
