Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Associate Support Center, the Transaction Support Analyst is responsible for handling Associates’ logged issues for incorrect, double and missing charges, out of balance, daily meter and car wash discrepancies. Also responsible for Moving Average Cost (MAC) Adjustments by taking ownership of all system/business/process problems, seeing them through to successful resolution, always striving for a responsive, respectful and consistent delivery of service standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Analyze and resolve logged issues for incorrect, double and missing charges, out of balance, daily meter and car wash discrepancies, MAC Adjustments
  • Prepare back-up documentation to charge back guests and /or Associates
  • Prepare back-up documentation for write-offs and process chargebacks
  • Escalate critical business problems to the highest level necessary; a major contributor to ensuring service excellence
  • Provides over-the-phone business process, and operating expertise to Associates
  • Analyzes problems and applies remedies successfully within agreed upon timeframes
  • Track and record appropriate statistics for processes and update charts as required
  • Produce monthly Associate Support internal team performance report and statistics

Education and Experience:

  • Post-Secondary education in Business preferred
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles, account reconciliations, systems and controls
  • Related experience preferred

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Rack Forward Network activities with emphasis on Retail systems and business processes
  • Retail business operational knowledge
  • Ability to work to meet service level agreement
  • Strong analytical skills, with an eye towards spotting trends
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset
  • Bilingual in English and French is required
  • Proficient in accounting – book keeping
  • Strong Microsoft Office tool with expert knowledge of Excel, Access and Visio
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Customer service oriented

Additional Information:

  • Part Time position – Twenty four (24) hours per week
