Your Mission

Bring your experience, skills, and personality to our finance team. In other words, you will contribute to the success of the day-to-day operations at TrackTik and help establishing the company as one of the Startup to work for in North America.

Primary Duties:

• Performs data entry of sales and inputs adjustments
• Generates and sends out client invoices
• Generates and reviews AR aging report
• Collects payments and processes all deposits
• Monitors client accounts and researches and resolves discrepancies
• Investigates and resolves client inquiries
• Maintains all AR client files
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge:

• Knowledge of accounts receivable functions and standards
• Knowledge of Progress Billing desirable
• knowledge of financial/accounting database (asset)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel

Your Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a business-to-business environment where customer service was a priority.
• Comfortable negotiating terms and costs with the customer
• Be customer oriented, self-motivated and determined to achieve challenging goals
• Be organized, have attention to details
• Speak & Write English very well in order to communicate with clients across North-America
