Provide administrative support to facility Supervisor, including completion of various reports, document crafting and other administrative tasks. Deliver exceptional natural and cultural experiences for each of our guests. Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required. Occupational health and safety is a major responsibility of this position.

NOTE: Hiring at TRCA is contingent to the clearance of the Vulnerable Sector Screening. Candidates will be asked for a screening only where they have been selected as the leading candidate.

KNOWLEDGE:
2 years’ experience related to major tasks;

Excellent computer skills;

Intermediate knowledge in operation of office software programs;

Knowledge and understanding of accounting processes;

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team;

Excellent communication skills;

Superior customer service skills;

Excellent mathematic skills;

Conflict resolution and negotiation skills;

Cash handling experience;

Valid First Aid and CPR Basic Rescuer Certificate an asset;

Valid Ontario Driver’s License;

SUMMARY OF MAJOR TASKS:
Perform the following tasks under general supervision.

Provide assistance to Administrative Coordinator, performing general office tasks as assigned;

Provide information and superior customer service to our visitors or interested members of the public;

Answer incoming calls and return any customer inquiries;

Document processing, data entry, daily cash closing duties;

Reconcile accounts and daily deposits, handle cash and other forms of payment, and work with computer systems efficiently;

Organize and manage file systems and ensure various documentation is up to date;

Other duties as assigned.
