The Role:

  • Selling to family physicians and specialists in their medical clinic practices
  • Using recognized phone & FIELD SALES techniques, business sales development staff must validate potential contact interest, for Tootelo’s various products. Your first priority will be to develop accounts of Tootelo’s Bonjour Santé division (an integrated internet communication service for the medical field)
  • Based on current company plans and priorities, contact potential clients
  • During phone calls with potential clients, your goal is to speak to decision makers regarding Tootelo service implementation
  • Convince contacts that they need to use Tootelo services
  • Convert leads into clients
  • Participate in major events to meet potential clients
  • Do follow-ups within pre-established schedules
  • Use company tools to track calls and to do follow-ups

The Profile:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proven record of sales in the medical field
  • Minimum five years (5) of relevant experience in IT solutions selling
  • Proven cold calling skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Need to be able to work independently and must have a lot of initiative
  • Tenacious and results oriented

Tootelo offer’s a very competitive salary structure (base salary + commissions) that can provide substantial revenues for high achievers!
