The Relationship Management Group is a vital part of the Equity Capital markets Group serving existing listed issuers with their ongoing needs in the capital markets and as point of first contact. Reporting to the National Team Manager, the Regional Head will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with listed issuers and prospects and marketing company services business solutions.

Key Accountabilities: • Execute Relationship Management strategies that enhance client experience and increase satisfaction and retention.
• Support the broader TSX, TSX Venture Exchange and TSX Trust business strategies in designated region.
• Work collaboratively to support Business Development, Listings and Marketing.
• Support and deliver value-added content, ideas, insights, and analytics to top-tier listed issuers
• Manage senior-level relationships with top-tier and high-risk issuers in designated territories (C-Suite, Board and Investor Relations) by serving as a trusted advisor and facilitator.
• Utilize client intelligence and feedback to inform business decisions
• Contribute to developing and enhancing our value proposition to listed issuers;
• Maintain and build an active network within the financial and legal advisor community;
• Through proactive relationship management, identify new products and incremental revenue opportunities and position all company services to issuers;
• Conduct presentations, webinars and demonstrations of TSX and Partner products and services;
• Work closely with the Products and Services Development Team to provide market intelligence on ongoing product and service development;
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide recommendations for action to management;
• Develop external sales presentations;
• Achieve assigned sales/retention targets and other financial objectives. Achieve activity metrics and complies with CRM data input requirements
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries from issuers
Must Have Skills: • 5-10 years demonstrated relationship/account management experience management
• 5-10 years consultative selling experience, including financial products and services
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Investor Relations / Public company experience an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation development and delivery skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills
• Experience with Google Work / Office Suites / CRM Platforms
• MBA, CFA preferred
