Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Position: Administrative Salary

Starting $20 per hour.

Schedule: Full-Time Temporary (2 month position), Monday to Friday, 8/9 am – 4/5 pm Location: Crescent Heights

Requirements:

Education: Undergrad or Graduate degree in applicable field.

Communication: Ability to demonstrate strong communication both written and oral.

Computer Skills: Proven ability Excell/Word/MS office/all window applications.

Typing: 50 WPM. Math skills: Proven math basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide premier customer service
  • Reading and reviewing paper work.
  • Negotiating advertising suppliers
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email while maintaining a high customer satisfaction level
  • Filing & organization of documents
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Preparation of spreadsheets
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Coordinating schedules
  • Calling Realtors and recording feedback
  • Maintain clean office environment
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher)
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with general office equipment (phone, fax and computer)
  • Exceptional self-management and initiative
  • Adaptability and flexibility combined with a commitment to accuracy
  • Accounting simple book keeping
  • Attention to detail
  • Dropping off marketing material.
