Provide overall customer support to an identified dealer population as designated focal point
Accurately research and respond in a professional and timely manner to dealer questions received via phone, fax or e-mail
Process order requests received via fax, e-mail or phone in the Oracle system and accurately trace and expedite late orders as required.
Monitor order process for a designated dealer population from entry through shipment as required to meet customer requirements; proactively advise dealers of stock outages/delays in orders; monitor purchase orders for pricing/terms compliance to ensure invoice accuracy and collectibility; communicate discrepancies to the customer as required.
Process and manage backorders as required to meet customer requirements
Provide support for dealer team members as needed to support business requirements
Support Consumer line and web site e-mail as needed in peak seasons
Adhere to the company’s ISO/QS quality procedures as required
Periodically work on Saturdays, attend mandatory training sessions both on and off site as required.
Mandatory overtime during peak seasons as required.
Perform duties as assigned by department managers
RECOMMENDED POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
College degree preferred
Experience in a manufacturing consumer goods industry customer service environment preferred
Heavy phone activity while maintaining a professional phone demeanor
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Office applications, ability to navigate web.
Well organized, able to work in a team and independently, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Oracle system preferred
