Department: Tax & Accounting division of Thomson Reuters Location: 3333 Graham, Mont-Royal, (QC) Title: Account Representative The selected candidate will be responsible for: -Utilizing proven sales methods to prospect and identify new clients -Building a book of business through outbound phone sales (cold calls) -Communicating Thomson Reuters value proposition to key decision makers within the client organisation -Developing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with tax firms to grow existing sales -Managing your time effectively to achieve monthly sales goals and metrics -Planning daily and weekly activities in order to achieve sales goals and metrics -Preparing quotes, demos and trade shows as necessary You are an excellent team player and have the following skills: -(Ideally)Min of 2 + years of experience selling technical products, preferably with a proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts via phone -Experience selling software is highly desired -Strong proficiency in English & French writing and verbal communication skills -High energy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success driven -Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills -Recent college/university graduates with an interest in sales are also encouraged to apply This position offers a generous base salary , commissions, bonuses and great benefits.
