We are currently recruiting for SAP Skilled Practitioners – Systems Administration . Job Profile:
We are looking for a various roles to add to our existing SAP support team, which is the largest co-located SAP team in Canada. We provide our client base both steady state and project support. Under the System Administration umbrella the following roles exist, SAP Security, SAP Basis, Integration and Solution Architects. Within each of those roles the following skills and areas of expertise would exist, HANA, Solution Manager, Mobility, Portals, Cloud Integration, Hybris, Business Objects, Migration Engineers, Implementation, upgrade and support of SAP’s various solution offerings. We are always seeking a wide range of skills at various levels of expertise, and as such the suitable candidate(s) will have relevant experience of 2-10+ years in the applicable position being applied for.
Requirements (will of course vary depending on the position interviewed for, but will include one of more of the following skill sets):

Experience supporting SAP systems and different types of databases
Experience leading or participating on a team of SAP System Administrators supporting end users
Experience performing system refreshes and related activities
Experience as an escalation point for critical issues
Hands on Solution Manager experience
Experience running system upgrades (enhancement pack, support packs)
Completion of SAP certifications
Demonstrated excellence in application backup and restore procedures
Experience implementing a SAP Solution Offering via an operations manual
OS/DB migration experience (process, migration tuning and downtime optimization)
Knowledge of SAP Best practices
SAP performance troubleshooting and optimization techniques
System integration configuration and testing
Solution sizing, planning, architecting, HA and DR configuration
Strong HANA experience (certified, studio, refresh, performance tuning, backup, recovery, sizing, MDCs)
Ticket and change management, on call support, ability to work as part of a global team.
Define and implement SAP Security and related policies and procedures in support of SAP implementations.
SAP Security requirements gathering, design and configuration of ECC and mySAP Business Suite Solutions across the full ASAP implementation lifecycle.

Ability to work smoothly and successfully with people of varied experience, skill levels, technical and business savvy, and personality type.
Excellent communication skills required, including the ability to effectively lead meetings, facilitate solutions, motivate the development team, & create effective documentation.
Detail oriented multi-tasker with ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands to targeted deadlines.

Education and qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Software Engineering.
College diploma in an IT, System Administration, Database or Network support
SAP Certifications are an assey
