The 94-room Relais & Châteaux Post Hotel & Spa is located in the majestic wilderness of Banff National Park amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. As the Human Resources Coordinator you will work with and report directly to the owners in this high end luxury accommodation environment with approximately 150 staff.

Position to begin September 1, 2018.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Post and maintain employment advertisements
  • Review resumes and conduct applicant interviews
  • Oversee staff housing including room inspections for departing staff
  • Maintain employee data and information
  • Provide reports to senior management and other departments
  • Prepare staff orientation packages and organize staff arrivals
  • Respond to employee questions and concerns

Skills requirements:

Education: Completion of post secondary education

Work experience: 3-5 years of related experience, experience in hospitality a definite asset

Other: Computer literate (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel); Driver’s license

Must have legal permission to work in Canada

Terms of employment: Permanent/Full Time

Salary: $4500 per month to start

Staff Accommodation Available: Private accommodation is provided at a subsidized rate (includes 3 meals per day in staff dining room).
