Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing courteous, efficient and accurate greeting, information, delivery, luggage, valet parking, departure and other requested and anticipated lobby services
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of all service facilities and features of the hotel
• Ensuring an ongoing flow of communication and follow up through logbook entries and e-mail communication
• Responding to all reasonable additional assignments determined by any member of the hotel management team.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to prioritize tasks and time-management
• Ability to work both in a team and independantly
• Positive and proactive attitude

• Hospitality: 1 year
