The Humberview Group- Streetsville Hyundai currently seeking a Part-time Automotive Receptionist to work at one of our 23 franchised dealership operations and a variety of dedicated used vehicle locations across the GTA, Barrie and Southern Ontario. This position is located in Mississauga. The Humberview Group is proud to represent almost all major automotive brands from North America, Japan, Germany, and South Korea. The Automotive Receptionist who will be responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties for the entire dealership. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, answering the telephone and emails, greeting and supporting customers with all needs, and scheduling service and maintenance appointments. The incumbent requires previous experience working in a dealership setting with basic knowledge of vehicles and maintenance requirements.

Hours: Monday – Thursday 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. ( one 12:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. during the week)Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

What you offer:

  • High school or equivalent education

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Valid Driver’s License
A positive attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle several tasks effectively
Ability to effectively work in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision
Must provide flexibility in hours to provide for coverage
