Our client, a leading transportation provider, is currently seeking a talented Sales Broker to join their Winnipeg-based team. Job Description:
Grow and develop new and existing business
Generate sales leads
Find carriers and negotiate rates for overflow freight
Create and manage carrier files in the operating system

What the company expects from you:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Transportation (preferably with flat deck)
Experience with 3rd party logistics or freight brokerage is preferred
Existing network/customer base
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
