We are looking for a bubbly and organized Director of First Impressions for a Vancouver-based IT services company. The ideal candidate will be the ‘face’ and first point of contact of the business and therefore must have a bright and friendly personality, balanced with excellent customer service skills. Specifically your responsibilities will include:

What the Director of First Impressions will do:

• Managing a multi-line switchboard and warmly greeting all customers, clients, employees and couriers

• Provide administration support for various departments and their initiatives on an ongoing basis
• Adhere to administration procedures and policy

• Calendar management for the board rooms and travel arrangements for the senior team members
• Prepare necessary materials for meetings and projects
• Expense reconciliation for senior team members

What the company expects from you:

• 3+ years in a reception/administration position
• Excel at multi-tasking and possess an natural customer service orientation
• Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written)
