How you will contribute to the company’s success:
Build strong ongoing relationships with new clients, leveraging sales opportunities
Liaise with a diverse client base of property owners, engineers, managers, real estate professionals and architects
Prospecting and securing sales opportunities by using a consultative approach
Meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets
Support marketing and sales efforts with new clients, including opportunities to sell new and expanded services
Lead business development within your assigned sectors and clients, motivating and monitoring the business development team
Provide input to the Marketing team on targeted client and marketing strategies
Assess networking and trade show opportunities, plan, lead and participate in events
Play a vital role in setting and achieving annual and monthly sales objectives
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services
Keep current on competitors’ activity and offerings within the region

What the company will expect from you:
Minimum 7 years proven success as a business development representative with a consultative selling approach
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or associated field
The ability to build strong long term relationships
Strong software skills including Microsoft programs
Strong writing and communication skills
The ability to lead development and implementation of BD strategies
Experience in Project Management an advantage
A charismatic and engaging personality with the ability to motivate and drive results
A natural leader with passion and an entrepreneurial spirit
