We are looking to add two new members to our sales team! This will start off as a part time position but can lead to full time if the right candidate applies. You must be available between the hours of 6am and 10pm as the shifts may vary and because we are a dog care facility that operates 24/7, you must also be available on weekends. We are looking for someone who would like to grow with the company, is a quick learner, able to multi-task, as well as have an amazing attention to detail. You must be able to handle being on your feet for stretches at a time and bring forth a positive and cheerful customer service attitude. You must love dogs as well!

Your role within the company is to provide leadership and organization to employees and ensure customer service is at it’s best. You will oversee the production and quality of work put forth and make sure guidelines are met. The following is a list of your responsibilities. They are subject to change and are not limited to:

  • Answering emails and phone calls within 24 hours
  • Greeting clients/checking out clients
  • Entering membership forms and release forms
  • Provide support where needed
  • Manage appointment booking
  • Entering grooming notes
  • Promote teamwork
  • Promote business on social media sites
  • Organize events, plan parties, charity events
  • Maintain Kijiji advertisements
  • Take and upload photos of services
  • Monthly Newsletter – First of every month
  • Train new employees
  • Keep the lobby area neat and tidy at all times
  • Manage the website with updates and news
  • Represent the company in a positive way outside of business hours and partaking in business related events
  • Assist in daycamp when needed

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.15 to $14.00 /hour

Required experience:
