This is a 12 month contract position.

The Digital Client Service Representative provides technical support for digital services across all product lines and companies which offer digital tools. This role primarily provides technical support to clients including prospective clients, and also provides service and technical support to advisors via telephone and email in a call center environment. The Digital Client Service Representative completes service requests, responds to technical inquiries, and documents ‘how to’ support of a technical in nature for the team.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Provide systems support including advice and solutions to clients and prospective clients on a variety of online services, applications, and other digital platforms.

  • Provide escalated Enterprise SharePoint Service support and issue resolution.

  • Diagnose, analyze, monitor & resolve hardware/software problems.

  • Identify issues with third party vendors (IMS) and business partners.

  • Provide procedural and navigational guidance to agency staff and clients for digital tools including Online Services (web & app), en-route (device & app), Home-to-Be app, and various Client Portals as well as other platforms.

  • Create and document detailed information records in ServiceFirst, PolicyCenter, ECM & IMS (3rd party vendor).

  • Review, investigate, analyze and complete various system generated reports.

  • Create and maintain templates in accordance with documentation standards (including consulting with MARCOM).

  • Minimum two (2) years related experience.

  • Some post-secondary education in business, communications or related.

  • Actively working towards Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
