Our government client is currently seeking a qualified candidate for an Administrative Services position:

Typical duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel arrangements and expense claims
  • Records management
  • Hospitality and other meeting-related approvals and arrangements
  • Handling meeting logistics
  • Management of senior staff agenda ( s)
  • Preparing, processing and following up on correspondence
  • Providing information and materials to clients ( internal/external) and management

Mandatory Qualifications

Education:

  • Successful completion of two years of secondary school is required

Experience:

· Minimum of one ( 1) year of relevant experience is required

· Experience in providing administrative services including the management of senior staff agenda ( s)

· Experience in making travel arrangements using the HRG Portal online tool, as well as by telephone and internet

· Experience booking meeting locations, arranging hospitality and other handling other meeting-related logistics

· Experience in implementing and maintaining procedures and processes

· Experience in using MS Excel

· Experience in using GroupWise ( email software)

· Experience working in Government.
