We are currently accepting applications for an experienced and energetic person to fill the following position in one of our homes in the Dartmouth area:

Director of Business Operations – Temporary Full Time

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration

Working experience and thorough knowledge of the latest office software packages including ACCPAC, Microsoft Office, Excel, SSC

Knowledge of payroll procedures, along with an in-depth understanding of CUPE and NSNU contracts

Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead

Experience in a long term care setting

Effective communication skills

Clean criminal record check

Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
