Our client, a leader in the technology field, is looking for a Service Technician (Multi-function/ High Volume Printers) with technical troubleshooting skills to start immediately.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

– Work with printing machines, high speed colour copiers
– Basic troubleshooting and making adjustments for printing machines
– Respond to service calls within the facility
– Clean and fill machines
– Other duties as assigned by manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 2 years experience with customer service role
– Must be familiar with network devices
– Experience using a multimeter
– Must be familiar with network devices Great technical aptitude
– Strong communication skills
– Must be organized
– Has knowledge with principles of colour calibration processes and instruments
