What we are looking for

Assistant Site Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, your main responsibilities are ….

x Track and analyze Aviva Centre and Rogers Cup energy consumption x Track and analyze Aviva Centre and Rogers Cup waste and recycling x Aid in the identification and evaluation of sustainable initiatives x Assist in developing room layouts for Rogers Cup operational areas x Support the coordination of Rogers Cup furniture rentals x Assist with the Rogers Cup tournament set-up x Recruit, hire and supervise a team of 20 students to support the Rogers Cup janitorial program x Support the onboarding of all Rogers Cup operations staff (security, janitorial, catering and other)

Who you are

x Good communication skills, both written and oral x Effective time management and organization x Good computer skills x Ability to work under pressure in a fast passed environment x The flexibility to work as required within the time commitment requirements necessary for special events

Time period and hours

x April 24th – August 25th, 2017 x Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm x Some evening and weekend work is required

x Extended hours will occur during Rogers Cup & other events
