To provide administrative support in the form of regular maintenance and updating to TENAQUIP’s customer database including improving and managing all mailing lists.
- Regular customer database maintenance:
- Includes entering new contact information
- Deleting duplicate contacts
- Calling customers to verify contact information
- Projects to clean up and continuously improve the quality of our database
- Review reports to verify changes made to the customer database by other departments
- Occasional replacement for the receptionist.
Candidate may be required to carry out other responsibilities in order to meet changing business needs.
- French / English bilingualism.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Access & Excel).
- Very high level of attention to detail.
- Customer service experience is an asset.
- Diploma of Collegial studies is an asset.
