This position is for TM FASHION. We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our fast growing company. The ideal candidate must be a team player, pay attention to detail, have excellent organizational skills and be an aggressive “hunter”, with lots of energy. and driven to create new opportunities.

Willingness to travel throughout North America. Performance & Responsibilities – Assist scheduling appointments – Assist writing orders and taking notes during appointments and meetings – Assist brand managers in presenting and selling the Corporation’s products to current and potential clients – Assist sending customer order confirmations – Assist in replacing cancelled styles – Weekly repeats – Assist with emailing line sheets and new collections – Services existing and new accounts – Receiving and setting up new samples/collections in the showroom – Maintaining a strong and organized showroom – Assisting with Salesforce – Responds to sales inquiries using appropriate methods – Assist hunting for new store potentials – Assists with sales analysis and reports – Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions and making recommendations to management – Attends any promotional events, trade shows, or product activation within your territory and as necessary – Other duties as assigned Qualifications: – Previous sales or sales assistant experience – +2 years – Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills – Professional verbal and written communication skills – Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills – “Hunter personality”, competitive spirit and track record of achievement – Computer software literacy, Microsoft Office and Salesforce
