General Duties Include:
Constant monitoring of the patrons in and around the pool over the weekends
Prevent incidents before they happen, enforce the rules
Perform first aid when needed
Fill out accurate accident reports and report to the Supervisor or MOD immediately
Care for patrons that need assistance
Count and record the number of patrons every 15 minutes
Clean the pool deck and change rooms as needed
Do water tests and take the pool temperature and record results
Clean anything in the pool area that may need cleaning, such as fence, lamps, rails, etc.
Report anything that needs repair to maintenance
Other duties as reasonably assigned by the manager or supervisor

Qualifications:
Be at least 16 years of age
Have a current Standard First Aid Certificate or Aquatic Emergency Care
Have a current CPR C certificate
Have National certification for Lifeguard position
Be able to respond quickly in emergency situations
Be able to prevent accidents before they occur-previous experience is an asset
Be able to provide 5 star customer service
